Colleen Riordan is a developmental editor, book marketing consultant, and co-creator of Wild Ink Pages, an author website platform specifically tailored to the needs of busy creatives.

As a developmental editor, Colleen works with writers to strengthen the structure, pacing, and characterization of their adult, young adult, and middle grade books. Some of the projects she has worked on include Jennifer Herrera’s The Hunter (G.P. Putnam’s Sons, 2023) and The Siren (2024).

With over a decade of marketing experience, Colleen coaches authors on how to use their creativity and passion to market their books. Through Wild Ink Pages, she designs custom author websites and teaches creatives how to use their websites, social media, email marketing, and digital tools to create engaged, loyal relationships with their readers. 

Colleen is Co-Regional Advisor of the Society of Children’s Book Writers & Illustrators (SCBWI) San Francisco North & East Bay Chapter. She is also a committee member of the Bay Area Women in Publishing (BAWiP).

An avid roadtripper, Colleen scours new cities for the best Korean BBQ spots and was once grounded from her bookshelf for reading past midnight.
